Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement (before processing).
Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or natural events.
Customers must provide accurate shipping information. We are not liable for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
